The Untouchables. Using a modern take on ageing this Malbec, it has been aged in North American bourbon barrel for 12 months. Distinctive aromas of red berries marked by notes of caramel and vanilla. On the palate, soft tannins give creaminess, volume and meatiness.

The bunches were de-stemmed, lightly crushed prior to fermentation and a brief period of French-oak ageing. Shows black cherry, raspberry and strawberry with cinnamon and spicy fruit-cake notes.

Viña Pomal Centenario Rioja Crianza, Bodegas Bilbaínas

The Tempranillo is vinified in a very traditional way; the grapes are destemmed and crushed and the must undergoes a moderately long maceration. Once alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are completed, the wine is aged for 18 months in American oak.

Beefeater Pink Gin


Beefeater master distiller Desmond Payne MBE experimented with several different techniques before he settled on the recipe for this new pretty-in-pink variant, which is made using the original Beefeater London Dry Gin recipe. The strawberry flavour is added post-distillation. Recommended with London Essence Company Pomelo & Pink Pepper Tonic and Sliced Strawberries.

No. 3 Gin


Made at No. 3 St James’s Street London, this gin has all of the similarities to the quality of the address! 6 perfectly balanced botanicals distilled in traditional copper pot stills holds the royal warrant of H.M. The Queen and H.R.H. The Prince of Wales. Recommended with London Essence Company Grapefruit & Rosemary.

Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle


Sipsmith’s Lemon Drizzle Gin is very much a homage to this understated aspect of gin history. It relied on the combined expertise of Master Distiller Jared Brown
and Head Distiller Ollie Kitson to create a suitable recipe, with multiple different lemon additions. Recommended with London Essence Company Orange & Elderflower and a lemon slice

Sipsmith London Dry


Produced in the workshop previously used by the late, great Michael Jackson (whisky writer, not Moonwalker), this super-small-batch artisinal Gin is flavoured with restraint, making it easier for the natural quality of the spirit to shine through. Distilled in a marvellously compact pot still / column still combo. named Prudence, Sipsmith epitomises distilling on a truly artisinal scale. Recommended with London Essence Company Tonic Water and a lime wedge.

Plymouth Gin


One of the oldest gins, first produced in 1793 and one of the only gins with protected geographical location. The British Navy we rationed this gin until Black Tot Day in 1973, so what more proof do you need? Stunning. Recommended with London Essence Company Pomelo & Pink Pepper Tonic and a lemon slice.

Bath Gin


The Bath Gin Company was born from the folks at the Canary Gin Bar on Queen Street. Their Bath Gin features a selection of 10 botanicals - Cassia Bark, Lemon Peel, Burnt Orange Peel, Cubeb Berry, Liquorice, Cardamom, Angelica Root, Wormwood, Kaffir Lime Leaf, as well as the necessary Juniper Berry. And yes, that is Jane Austen giving you a cheeky wink on the label. Recommended with London Essence Company Tonic Water and a lime wedge.

Monkey 47 Schwardzald Dry Gin


47 botanicals, 47% and made from a recipe found in the Black Forest from an ex RAF wing commander who was believed to have a pet monkey! All of the botanicals came out of his back garden. Recommended with London Essence Company Grapefruit & Rosemary.

Warner Edwards Victoria's Rhubarb Gin


Warner Edwards London Dry is blended with local rhubarb to make this one of the flavoured gins of the moment. The very same rhubarb is grown in the grounds of Buckingham Palace today since the reign of Queen Victoria. Recommended with London Essence Company Ginger Ale and an orange slice.

Cotswold Gin


The Cotswolds Distillery in Stourton is up and running - hooray! This is their Cotswolds Dry Gin, made with juniper, coriander and angelica root macerated in their pure wheat spirit for 24 hours. Following this, they add a botanical selection including bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper, cardamom seed and Cotswolds lavender to their carter head still for distillation. To bring it down to bottling strength, a robust 46% ABV, they use naturally refined Cotswolds water. Recommended with London Essence Company Grapefruit & Rosemary.

Eden Mill Love Gin


Made using the classic Eden Mill London dry but then infused with raspberries, hibiscus flowers, goji berries and rose petals. A stunning gin from a golfers paradise!. Recommended with London Essence Company Pomelo & Pink Pepper Tonic and strawberry slice.
