Poeti Prosecco DOC is a Brut sparkling wine, obtained by Glera grapes grown according to classic, traditional techniques in the province of Treviso. . On the nose it has apple, white peach, citrus fruits and delicate floral, acacia and wisteria notes. The palate is fresh, delicate, balanced, with a harmonious blend of acidity and softness.

Personality, freshness and liveliness meet a delicate and captivating pink colour and an intense and persistent bouquet. Fruity hints of cherry and wild berries on the nose with a fresh, lively and pleasantly dry palate.

Plenty of freshness with citrus notes, such as grapefruit, followed by Russett apple and crunchy, juicy pear. An ample and intense Champagne, it spent a minimum of three years on its lees, giving the wine further complexity and fine bubbles.

An intense, deep copper-pink coloured rosé. Fresh, fruit-forward and structured, it shows cherry and blackcurrant aromas, followed by citrus, such as tangerine and blood orange, on the palate, with spicy and liquorice notes on the finish.

Chilean wine with notes of peach, apricot, pear and white blossom, balanced with a citrus acidity on the palate.

Unoaked the wine shows a good level of freshness for a wine from such a warm climate, with a citrussy and stone fruit character highlighted with floral notes.

A soft, green apple scented Chardonnay which demonstrates its unoaked nature with plenty of fruit on the palate.

Light, bright and crisp, with delicate apple and pear flavours. ; this PG is nearly dry, but shows just a touch of sweetness on the finish.

Brimming with zesty grapefruit, lime and Meyer lemon with mid-palate flavours of pear and passion fruit; a perfect balance between refreshing citrus flavours and tropical flavours married well with grassy herbaceousness.

Unoaked, the wine is a bright, pale lemon colour with hints of apple green. Aromas of white flowers, hints of peach and apricot lead to a fresh, fruity palate; it has a lovely intensity and an almost saline minerality.

Medium-sweet, although it has a good positive acidity which makes it seem a touch drier; shows plenty of watermelon, strawberry and redcurrant fruit.

Light, pale-pink rosé with amber highlights; the nose shows red fruit aromas and notes of grenadine and the palate is dry and soft. Made from a blend of 55% Carignan, 30% Cinsault and 15% Grenache, the wine is unoaked and has a refreshing finish.

Fruit-driven Shiraz with aromas of cherry and raspberry, complemented by hints of spice and vanilla.

The Untouchables. Using a modern take on ageing this Malbec, it has been aged in North American bourbon barrel for 12 months. Distinctive aromas of red berries marked by notes of caramel and vanilla. On the palate, soft tannins give creaminess, volume and meatiness.

Estate-grown Pinot Noir from the Dealul Uberland vineyard was employed: 25% of the grapes were transferred directly into small tanks without being de-stemmed, then sealed and put through a ‘carbonic maceration’ fermentation for ten days in order to produce a strawberry fruited element for the blend. The bunches were de-stemmed, lightly crushed prior to fermentation and a brief period of French-oak ageing. Shows black cherry, raspberry and strawberry with cinnamon and spicy fruit-cake notes.

The Tempranillo is vinified in a very traditional way; the grapes are destemmed and crushed and the must undergoes a moderately long maceration. Once alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are completed, the wine is aged for 18 months in American oak.

Served with Tonic Water, cinnamon stick and orange peel.

Using a vapour infusion in their famous carter head still, Hendricks has proven popular. After distillation, the gin is infused with cucumber and rose petals bringing a fresh new dimension sure to be loved. Beefeater master distiller Desmond Payne MBE experimented with several different techniques before he settled on the recipe for this new pretty-in-pink variant, which is made using the original Beefeater London Dry Gin recipe. Sipsmith’s Lemon Drizzle Gin is very much a homage to this understated aspect of gin history. It relied on the combined expertise of Master Distiller Jared Brown

The Bath Gin Company was born from the folks at the Canary Gin Bar on Queen Street. Their Bath Gin features a selection of 10 botanicals - Cassia Bark, Lemon Peel, Burnt Orange Peel, Cubeb Berry, Liquorice, Cardamom, Angelica Root, Wormwood, Kaffir Lime Leaf, as well as the necessary Juniper Berry. And yes, that is Jane Austen giving you a cheeky wink on the label. Recommended with London Essence Company Tonic Water and a lime wedge.

47 botanicals, 47% and made from a recipe found in the Black Forest from an ex RAF wing commander who was believed to have a pet monkey! All of the botanicals came out of his back garden. Recommended with London Essence Company Grapefruit & Rosemary.

Warner Edwards London Dry is blended with local rhubarb to make this one of the flavoured gins of the moment. The very same rhubarb is grown in the grounds of Buckingham Palace today since the reign of Queen Victoria. Recommended with London Essence Company Ginger Ale and an orange slice.

The Cotswolds Distillery in Stourton is up and running - hooray! This is their Cotswolds Dry Gin, made with juniper, coriander and angelica root macerated in their pure wheat spirit for 24 hours. Following this, they add a botanical selection including bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper, cardamom seed and Cotswolds lavender to their carter head still for distillation. To bring it down to bottling strength, a robust 46% ABV, they use naturally refined Cotswolds water. Recommended with London Essence Company Grapefruit & Rosemary.
